Australian annual pricing

Australian prices include GST. File storage and AI allowances are separate from item counts. The current Home allowance includes 256 MiB private file storage and up to 100 photo/plan requests a month, subject to a shared AI budget. Website prices are charged in Australian dollars; applicable tax and renewal terms appear before purchase; no additional overseas tax registrations are implied.

Starting a paid plan

You must actively confirm a purchase. The website’s Business trial requires a card, runs for 15 days, then converts to A$999/year at the advertised Australian price unless cancelled before it ends. Apple’s eligible Business introductory trial runs for 14 days; Apple determines eligibility and displays the applicable annual price. Home has its free item allowance rather than a promised paid-plan trial.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew through the provider where you bought them until cancelled. Use the website’s billing management when offered for website purchases, or Apple’s subscription management for App Store purchases. Follow the deadline shown by that provider to avoid renewal. Cancelling renewal normally preserves access for the remaining paid/trial period, subject to verification, refunds and applicable law.

Deleting the app, signing out or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Restore Apple purchases checks verified purchases for the original workspace; it does not transfer them to a different CrateRWD account or business.

Refunds and billing help

Contact admin@craterwd.com about a billing error or service problem. Apple purchase refunds are requested through Apple’s process. Applicable consumer guarantees and other mandatory rights remain; there is no blanket “no refunds” policy.

Migration assistance

Optional assisted migration is quoted separately and agreed before paid work begins. A request for a quote does not start a subscription or charge.
